I study questions related to the evolution of immune defenses in threespine stickleback. I’m particularly interested in how costs shape the evolution of immune defenses and how climate change will alter host-parasite dynamics.
Why did you decide to pursue a graduate degree in iBio?
I’m pursuing a degree in the iBio department because biology allows me to be curious as a profession.
Why or what do you love about the program?
I love the collegiality of the department.
