- Student hourly, independent research credit students (i.e. 199, 299 & 699), and
Teaching Assistants will be given access to individual key box codes and outdoor key pad
codes instead of being assigned keys. These codes are changed at the end of each
semester. Students will receive the key code details from their iBio faculty/staff
supervisor. Contact Brandon Dowd (bdowd@wisc.edu) if you need a key box installed
outside of your lab/office. - Students needing key access to department space, such as labs, must have authorization
from their major faculty or staff. Approving faculty should email Brandon Dowd
(bdowd@wisc.edu) with the name of new lab member and list of authorized keys. - Supervisors may email Brandon regarding keys for new employees. Supervisors should
collect keys from department employees and turn them in to Brandon (145 Noland
Hall).
